OPERIYA
About

New company. Experienced operator.

OPERIYA is a new consultancy, founded by Bipasha Das, built on automation and systems work done inside companies since 2021. New company, experienced operator.

What is OPERIYA?

OPERIYA is an AI operations and automation consultancy founded by Bipasha Das. It audits how a business actually runs, quantifies what the manual work costs each year, and builds the automation systems that recover it.

The company is new. That is a fact worth stating plainly rather than obscuring with the usual devices — there is no logo wall on this site, no testimonial carousel and no client count, because OPERIYA has not yet completed client engagements and inventing them is not an option we are willing to take.

What is not new is the work. The automation and systems experience behind OPERIYA was built inside companies, in full-time roles, since 2021 — not acquired in order to sell it.

Bipasha Das

Founder & CEO

Based in Bengaluru, working across India and English-speaking markets. The route here ran through search, then performance marketing, then automation and internal systems — which is an unusual path into operations work, and a useful one: it starts from measurement and ends at the machinery.

2021 – 2022

Search and content

Started in SEO and editorial content — audits, competitive benchmarking, keyword and content planning for SaaS. The habit that stuck from this period is the one the audit method runs on: measure the thing before claiming anything about it.

2023 – 2024

Campaigns and conversion

Performance marketing and content: paid campaigns, landing pages, email workflows, A/B testing, weekly analytics. Working across product, sales and customer success teams — which is where the handoff failures between departments become impossible to miss.

2024 – 2026

Automation and systems

Leading AI-driven growth work, then automation and systems more broadly: building workflow automation, CRM automation, retrieval-based internal tools, and automated research and reporting pipelines. Automation built to run unattended inside a working business, not as a demonstration.

Why does a solo consultancy make sense for this work?

Because the person who diagnoses the operation is the person who builds the fix. In most engagements those are different people, and the handoff between them is where the understanding is lost.

The trade-off is capacity, and it is a real one: a solo practice takes on a small number of engagements at a time, and if that is not a fit, it is better established on the first call than discovered in month three.

What it buys you is continuity. Nobody hands your process map to a junior implementer who was not in the interviews.

The automation platform, CRM and AI tooling running OPERIYA today are the same ones we would deploy for you. We do not recommend software we have only read about.

What can you check before paying anything?

The method is published in full, the person behind it is named and findable, and the first conversation costs nothing.

Every stage of the engagement is on this site, including what it produces and where it stops. If a call reveals something different from what you read here, that is a reason not to hire us.

Selected implementations from previous roles are being written up as detailed case studies. They will be published as prior implementation experience rather than as OPERIYA engagements, because that is what they are, and only where confidentiality permits.

Forty minutes, no charge. We map the two or three processes costing you the most, and you leave knowing whether the full audit is worth buying — including if the answer is no.
